and the Leadership Skills course from IIM Ahmedabad, reflect my dedication to

My 4-year tenure as a Manager at Punjab National Bank showcased my ability to

drive impactful change, improving the business figures. Additionally, my efforts in
financial inclusion, credit management & asset liability management demonstrate my
commitment to community empowerment and sustainable practices. While
appraising loan proposals, I was very concerned about the environmental damages
the proposed project may have. Example: plastic waste generation by a proposed
MSME project was one of the critical detriments for rejecting the proposal. Given a
role in climate and sustainability, I aspire to work smartly and honestly.

I am particularly aligned with The Sustainability Mafia's mission of goal-oriented

collaborations. I have fostered internal and external collaborations throughout my
career, leading to enhanced efficiency and better outcomes. I have also
demonstrated adaptability & a solution-oriented mindset, restructuring loans and
extending financial services even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

With a B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering and a strong foundation in finance

and management, I have honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, which are
