My name: Yeo Jun Hui

My student number: 603737

In Memo 2, I wrote about the challenges and commitments and principles in the team. Generally
there were two main features, open communications and building trust with one another.
Overall, the team had met and abide by the agreed priniciple.
For example, the team are flexible with teammates who dont turn up for class. We have a
compromise and we fill in for their work for the day and they will do it when someone is absent.
We also inform each other on the progress and any update of the class.
However, the challenges would be to use a common language. It can be challenging to put a
message across using English when it is not our first language. The message convey might not
be accurate and might be inaccurate. To overcome this problem, we have open communications
and mutual understanding, to resolve any conflicts and misunderstanding in a peaceful manner.
I am happy to share about my perspective as a Singaporean, to promote our culture and
understand more about the local way of thinking. I will improve on being more ready for classes
in the future and read up online in advance.
