10 Warm up The T asks the Ps how they feel and why/ she asks them about S
some problems they are having with their lives/she gives
examples of a couple of problems and then she asks for some
pieces of advice in Romanian which she writes in English on
the bb. She writes an example with each question word: what,
how, where followed by should (I wake up very tired in the
morning. What should I do? You should go to bed earlier!/You
shouldn't work without breaks!)
7 Scrambled The T gives the Ps a couple of scrambled sentences with should W
sentences (questions, affirmations and negations) and the words what,
how and where and the Ps put them in the correct order working
in pairs
10 Making I, In groups of 3 or 4 a pupil writes a problem he/she has to which W
A, N they would like a piece of advice and a question with what, how S
or where and the rest of the Ps in the group each gives a piece
of advice
20 Advice The T explains the activity and writes an example on the bb
needed
3 Homework Find 5 different people with 5 different problems and give them
pieces of advice using both should and shouldn't for each
problem or write about your problems from school, from your
spare time.
