Dear Adhi,

How are you once again today, hope that you are okay ?. Meanwhile, after receiving your mail with
your complete profiles, I have sent to you the comprehensive copy of the Text Application Form. So
you have to fill it properly and send it to the Bank without any kind of delay, to enable the Bank
authorities conclude processing this Funds for the release into your Bank account, latest from now till
by next week Thursday.

Please go through the Application very well, re-type it and make sure it is very neat, sign it and then
send it to the Bank.

Make sure it is attention or you make call to Dr Dennis Hatz ( the Director of foreign operations ) so
