SYNOPSIS

ENERGY AUDIT OF IPEC

In this project, we will doing an energy audit of our college and our
focus would be on reducing the energy consumption of our
engineering college by designing a centralised air cooling system
incorporating the ducts.

Duct system was proposed by the students of 2009-2013 batch of

mechanical engineering. Therefore, we will design a centralised
cooling system for IPEC Senior Boys Hostel.

Centralised cooling systems are widely used in multi storey buildings

today. It results in saving a lot of energy and money.
