INCIDENT DESCRIPTION
Current values of String 1-04-08 are constantly zero.
It is an on-going situation since the commissioning period.
Please note that the current values are taken directly from the corresponding register of the communication card of the
particular Combiner Box (DC Box 1-4).

IMMEDIATE ACTIONS TAKEN

1. Work order CMMS ## was opened in the Inaccess ticket management and Computerized Maintenance
Management System (CMMS).

2. Detailed instructions were given to the O&M Manager.

PLANNED ACTIONS AND RESULTING PREVENTATIVE MEASURES

1) Pyranometer is connected to the Controller port COM 1. So, check the port cable is properly connected and
follow that serial cable till device end (Which would be EX 9520) to identify which exactly the device among three
EX 9520.

2) Check the power LED of the above confirmed EX 9520 device, which must be power on.

3) Check the cables of the pyranometer which come from field should be properly connected to the device EX 9520

4) Check the voltage between (R)+Vs and (B) GND 10. Expected voltage must be around 12Volts. If not 12Volts
then check the power supply.

5) Check the voltage between Data + and Data . Expected voltage is around 0.3 Volts/3 volts (When cables that

come from field are connected from the corresponding terminal block)

6) Reboot the module if expected voltage is not near to 0.3 or 3 volts between Data+ & Data-. (just remove the
green terminal block at the bottom part of the module, leave it disconnected for almost 10 sec and then connect it
