Finals schedule school gets out at 12:06
1:30 PM be back in band room - walk to stadium
2:00 PM begin playing prelude (West Side Story show and Michael Buble show)
2:30 PM begin performing Fanfare and Processional (Pomp and Circumstance)
2:45 PM relax and enjoy the ceremony stay in your seats and stay quiet because you are on stage
4:15 4:30 PM? 1st ceremony ends, go back to band room for dinner (pizza provided)

5:15 PM walk back to stadium

5:30 PM start playing prelude
6:00 PM perform Fanfare and Processional
6:15 PM ? finish performing
7:45 PM? 2nd ceremony end
If you bring electronic devices, use headphones or have the sound off.
Dress nicely (concert attire) bring a jacket as it will probably get windy and cold. Wear
sunscreen especially for the first ceremony.
After you are done playing, QUIETLY put the stands in the rack and relax and enjoy ceremony 2.
After 2nd graduation, please help get stands and percussion back to band room.
