Religious and ideological aspects in the discourse of epistles

Summary
The aim of this work was to check the amount of religious and ideological aspects
in the discourse of epistles, with respect to the period when they were written, the people
who participated in their writing and their type. I see the epistle as the written message
of the religious leader to the clergy and the believers, which acts in a certain context,
reflecting political, social and cultural aspects of the time when it was written.
Since it is thematically specified Christmas/Easter, it is a part of religious
discourse. The ideological component can be seen in the authorship: linguistically it is
impossible to claim who is the real writer of the epistle. There is a large number of
examples of indirect speech (TG), which I analyzed through the forms of quoting,
paraphrasing and retelling.
