Get to know the new principal
Begin to ask for leadership roles
Join the SIT team
Write a grant for funding for the staff for the HEAL committee
Complete my Masters +30 while earning my Principal Certificate
Continue to create and adapt past lesson plans to meet the needs of students

Five Year Goals

Continue to create and adapt past lesson plans to meet the needs of students
Take PRAXIS test for Administrative expectations
Continue to do book studies and learn how to better my teaching
Attend professional development in the area of math and science
Conduct a professional development on math and science
Possibly become a lead teacher
Possibly looking for a position at the board of education
Assist in writing curriculum for the county

Ten Year Goals

Begin looking for assistant principal position in Washington County, Maryland or
Franklin County, Pennsylvania. (This is a 10-year goal because I have a young family)
Looking for a position at the board to utilize my Masters degree in Curriculum and
Instruction.
