Developed functioning M&E system for World Vision response program in Central
African Republic (CAR) by contributing to the design of standard baseline, end line
methodologies and M&E procedures with adequate coordination and supervisory
functions of data collection and entry.
Established an effective M&E department in World Vision CAR through capacity
building activities like coaching and mentoring of staff and providing technical
leadership for the program.
Developed project log frames, program indicators, M&E plans and detailed
