    Dear sir,

    RE : PET COMPLAINTS
    The above mater refers.

    We wish to inform that the owner on row your unit has complained that your pet had peed
    on her unit.

    Please kindly note that No household pets other than fishes in tanks or animals in cages are
    permitted in any of the apartment units. We reserved the right to remove any unauthorized
    pets found within the premises.

    In this regards, the management would like to seek your kind co-operation by ratifying the
    problem which has caused great inconveniences to the unit.

    Your kind co-operation in this matter is much appreciated.
