extra to your account (at actual) on documentary evidence & limited to 2% of
the Order Value.

Terms: Strictly net

Sales Tax: GST @18% Extra as applicable at the time of Invoice / despatch.

Freight Charges: Freight charges from Kolkata to your stores shall be paid by you on
documentary evidence & limited to 2% of the Order Value.

Validity: 90 days.

Delivery: 10-12 months from confirmed Purchase order.

Payment: 100% payment against Proforma Invoice.

Inspection certificate: Inspection certificate shall be issued by Edwards India Pvt. Ltd in
name of consignee against your purchase order.

Warranty: We agree to give you Warrantee for 18 (Eighteen) months from the
Date of supply or 12 (Twelve) months from the date of Commissioning,
whichever is earlier (Please refer to attached terms for details)

Fitment Certificate: We shall furnish Fitment cum Interchangeability Certificate along with supply.

This offer is subject to Force Majeure & attached Terms & condition.
