Terms of Service
1. The items for delivery do not contain cash, cash equivalent or any valuable goods. The client shall not hold Grab
or the driver liable for loss or damage to the items exceeding P2000.
2. The items for delivery are not of the following nature: contraband items, counterfeit goods, animals, bullion,
currency, banderols/tax stickers, bearer form negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones; real or imitation
firearms, parts thereof, weapons, explosives and ammunition; human remains, pornography, illegal
narcotics/drugs or harzardous materials.
3. The items for delivery are not objects which the driver decides cannot be carried safely or legally.
4. The driver has the right to open and inspect a packed item before completely sealing it for delivery. If the client
refuses, the driver has the right to cancel the booking.
5. The driver has the right to refuse delivery if the items are not packed properly, exceed 10kg, or are larger than
50cm x 50cm x 50cm.
6. If the recipient cannot collect the items from driver, Grab will attempt a second delivery as soon as possible.
Delivery fees will remain the same.
7. If the recipient rejects the items or cannot collect them during the second attempt, items will be returned to
sender. Delivery fees will remain the same.
