A thorough overview for what you'll need to know to teach English as a second language in a foreign
country and a good preparation for the CELTA course I'm about to take.

I like the way this course is structured and organized. An excellent material is very well presented. Good
job!

The instructor has been very insightful and clear but there's still room for improvement. I think more
words and sentences to stay at the screen to help complement the instructor's explanation would be
nice.

I'm impressed with the content and practical insight evident in this course. I'm also progressing through
a 120-hour blended learning TEFL/TESOL course elsewhere, prior to gaining teaching practice later this
year, 2016. I believe this 'The Basics: How to Teach English Abroad' UDEMY course would complement
any TEFL/TESOL course, as a representative illustration of TEFL/TESOL in practice, for anyone considering
this as a career. I expect to make several passes through this course in the next few weeks.

The instructor has been very insightful and clear with his explanations but I think there should be some
more visual examples like videos or photos for us to see.

delivery is good and not too cluttered with dense information making it easier to absorb. Enough
warning of pitfalls without scaring you off EFL

Straight to the point! He gives us an overall idea of what to expect in a school setting (not just abroad,
although this clearly the focus here).
