Project Guidelines 2017
For
REPORT
Work regularly with commitment and ensure you are following Project
Report Activity Completion Schedule and avoid last minutes hustle.
Prescribed Cover Page and Guidelines
The cover page must be hard bound in Black Color with Gold Embossing.
The student, roll no., class & batch no. must be written on the spine of your
project report.
The size of the report would depend on the project undertaken. However it
must be 80 to 100 typed pages (1.5space) on A4 size paper.
All the students are required to use the uniform font and format i.e.
Times New
Roman of font size 12 in the text and 14 in the heading and subheadings.

Body of text: Justify
Margins
At the binding edge (Left): not less than 3 cm
Other margins (Right, Top, Bottom): not less than 2 cm.
Titles
All titles and subtitles should be printed in BOLD.
All the Tables/ Graphs /Charts should have appropriate titles.
Numbering of the Table / Graph/ Charts
Table /Graph/ Charts should be numbered in the following
fashion. Second table / Graph/ Chart in Second Chapter should be
numbered as Table /Graph/Chart No 2.02 where first digit stands for
Chapter No. and digits after (.) period stand for Number of Table /
Graph / Charts in that chapter.
Same numbering system should be followed for other
chapters. Table /Graph /Charts must be followed by proper
explanation and analysis.
Before submission:
Students must sign Declaration and Acknowledgment before
putting for the Signature of the Guide.

Guidelines for Presentation
There are some general rules of presentation which should be adopted by the
students while presenting their presentations. The guidelines and sequence are as
follows:
1. The first slide should contain the topic, name of student and his/her
enrollment number
2. Brief introduction of Industry, Company and topic
3. The objectives of the study
4. The Research Methodology in brief like,
a. Research Design
b. Hypothesis, if any
c. Universe of Study
d. Sources of Data Collection
e. Sampling Procedure, Size, Unit
f. Scope of Study
g. Limitation of Study
h. Duration of Study
2. Limit the use of clip art: It is recommended that you use images that
might be more directly related to your presentation, such as logos instead of
using clip arts or irrelevant images.
3. Be quick fingered: Dont take much time to show the next slide or text
