Last Date of Submission: September 4, 2017

Consider any industry (Retail, Online selling, Banking etc), and follow the following steps:
1. What are the industry standards of value?
2. Create Strategy canvas of Industry, Customer and Non customers.
Now consider any unit (company) in that industry you chose, recommend for improvements
through following steps:
1. What should be four action frame work?
2. Create ERRC Grid for the chosen company.
3. Create buyer Utility map for the chosen company.
4. Through discussions with the representatives of the chosen organization what would be
the hurdles in the strategy execution for the selected organization.
Following the above mentioned guidelines, produce the term project in case study format. That
must include all important elements necessary for the case study including problem, perceptual
map, and decision dilemma.
Both Hard and soft copies are required, with no color printing in hard copies.
