AFFIDAVIT

I, ELIZABETH B. DEGORIO, Filipino citizen, of legal age and resident of B 56 L17

Bautista Zone 7, Sampaloc 4, Dasmarias City, after being duly sworn to in accordance
with law, depose and state: That - -

1. That I am the BUYER/VENDEE in the Deed of Absolute with Transfer of Rights

executed between me and WILO M. ABLO notarized by Atty. Eleonor A. Maravilla-
Ona as per Doc. No. 381, Page No. 77, Book No. XIV, Series of 2000.

2. That I am also the Attorney-in-fact in the Special Power of Attorney

executed between me and WILO M. ABLO notarized by Atty. Eleonor A. Maravilla-
Ona as per Doc. No. 382, Page No. 77, Book No. XIV, Series of 2000.

3. Unfortunately, WILO M. ABLOs signature was different from both the

executed document.

4. Through this affidavit, I hereby declare under oath that WILO M. ABLO who
signed and executed the Deed of Absolute with Transfer of Rights and WILO M. ABLO
who signed and executed the Special Power of Attorney of the above said
documents is one and the same person as I personally witness his signing and being
one of the parties of the document.

5. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth and veracity of the

foregoing and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve;

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my signature this 10th day of

October 2016 in Dasmarias City, Cavite.
