FADE IN:
EXT. TRAIN STATION DAYTIME

AMIRAH KHAN, a 19-year-old Asian girl is wearing

combat trousers and a black turtleneck, looking distraught.
Tears are trickling down her face as she stares straight
ahead without blinking. She is standing shakily on the
edge of the train platform. AMIRAH contemplates whether
she actually wants to jump. She leans forward, closes her
eyes, and takes a deep breath.
CUT TO:

AMIRAH KHAN (V.O)

I tried to come face to face with the darkest moment in my
life. I feel lost, alone and confused. Ive lost my way down
such a rocky path, and I just dont know if I can make my
way back. Its life they say. It will be okay they said.
Tomorrow is a new day

CUT TO:
EXT. BASKETBALL COURT- DAYTIME

JESSE FRASER is a 22-year-old aspiring basketball

player dressed in basketball attire; white shorts and black
top. JESSSE dribbles the ball and tries to shoot, but
misses. JESSE turns around to see where the ball went.
He sees a girl sitting on the bench reading her book with
her legs crossed.
She sees the ball rolling towards her she looks up and
sees JESSE walking towards her. They smile at each
other. AMIRAH gets up and grins at him she then tries to
hand him ball.

AMIRAH KHAN (V.O)
That damn smile. It stuck with me from the first day we
met, speaking to him felt as if Ive known him my whole
life. But I know what your thinking. This girl is stupid.
Maybe I was stupid, maybe I still am, but meeting him,
spending time with him made me happy. Made me forget
all the bad things going on in my life.

JESSE and AMIRAH walk together and JESSE starts to

bounce his basketball whilst talking to AMIRAH

CUT TO:
INT. AMIRAHS HOUSE DAYTIME

JESSE and AMIRAH sit together on the sofa whilst

watching TV. AMIRAH is watching TV and laughs at
something on the TV, JESSE is admiring AMIRAH who
then notices and they smile at each other. She places her
legs on his lap and they talk for a long period of time. They
continue, and as time goes on they continue to laugh and
tickle each other.

AMIRAH KHAN (V.O)

You must be thinking im crazy. To be so close and friendly
to someone that I just met. You may not understand, but
in that moment in time it took over my whole body, I could
speak to him for days on end; there was a spark I guess.
Those nice broad shoulders... He was perfect.

AMIRAH takes out her phone and looks at the time. She
says something to JESSE. AMIRAH comforts him and
then guides him out the door. They hug one another and
he walks out the door. Both of them smile on either side of
the door.

INT. AMIRAHS BEDROOM

AMIRAH is watching TV, then looks at her phone when a

notification pops up. A big smile comes across her face as
she sees a message from JESSE.
CUT TO:
INT: JESSES BEDROOM

AMIRAH (V.O)
So yeah, thats how it started. He was mine and I was his.
Just like that. We were made for each other.

JESSE is laying down on his bed as he continues to text

AMIRAH. He is constantly laughing at his phone and then
AMIRAH invites him to her house for dinner. He looks at
the time and he jumps up to go get ready.

AMIRAH KHAN (V.O)

Those late night texts, left me with butterflies in my
stomach. Oh my I sound so cheesy. But I felt it, me and
him could really do this.

CUT TO:
INT. AMIRAHS HOUSE
AMIRAH is applying make up on her face, the doorbell
rings and she goes to open it. It is JESSE; they look at
each other admirably. He admires her effort and he looks
around and smiles at the candles and food on the table.
They sit down on the sofa and eat and laugh together.
Time goes by and they continue to enjoy each others
company. AMIRAH is on her phone as JESSE tries to get
her attention. She fails to acknowledge him so he tries to
snatch the phone from her. He stares her and then gets
up to leave. AMIRAH reaches out to grab his arm, which
he quickly pushes throws off. He looks in disgust and

walks out slamming the door. AMIRAH jumps in fight from
the door slamming.

AMIRAH (V.O)
One minute we was happy then the next everything just
happened so fast. Time really doesnt wait for no one

FADE OUT:
CUT TO:

FADE IN:
EXT: PORCH DAYTIME
AMIRAH opens the door and sees JESSE standing their
with a bunch of flowers with apologetic smile and she
nods and lets him in. She takes the flowers and goes into
the kitchen to find a vase. JESSES waits patiently in the
living room. AMIRAHs phone begins to ring and it is
someone named

TONY. JESSE looks around for AMIRAH and then quickly

answers the phone. JESSE immediately becomes
enraged as he shouts down the phone. AMIRAH rushes
into the living room, shouting at JESSE, who is still talking
on the phone whilst pushing AMIRAH backwards. JESSE
shoves the phone in her face and pushes her against the
wall and begins to strangle her viscously. AMIRAH
struggles to breath as she grasps for air. JESSE and
AMIRAH exchange looks, AMIRAH seem to becoming
weak as he eye lids begin flutter.

AMIRAH (V.O)
This was the moment. The moment when his grip on my
neck tighten. I felt my legs grow numb my airways began
to shut down and I prepared myself. In that very moment I
thought that was it. Was this going to be the end?

CUT TO:
FADE IN:
EXT. TRAIN TRACK- DAYTIME
AMIRAH is looking distraught as has tries going down her
eyes. Her legs are on the edge of the platform. She takes
a deep breath, as the train seems to be approaching. But
then she steps back just as the train passes her quickly.

CUT TO BLACK: THE TITILE SHOWS. BAD FAITH.
