"Indonesia Pavilion @SCAA 2015*:

Celebrating the Diversity of Indonesian Coffee"
Seattle, April 7, 2015 - Every coffee enthusiast
knows the wonderful taste and unique profile of
Sumatra Mandheling. It was the coffee that inspired
Erna Knutsen to coin the term, 'Specialty Coffee'. But,
were equally sure that some other Indonesian
equally interesting and savory coffees are getting
lost on the vine so to speak. Were here in Seattle
at the Specialty Coffee Event to change that. We
want every attendee to know theyre welcome to
come taste an amazing array of Indonesian coffees,
hand selected by us to display our tremendous
diversity of sustainable, aromatic and delicious
varietals.

Youll find coffees from Java, Toraja, Papua, Bali and Flores. Of course, some top new
crop Sumatra coffees will be available as well.

Please look over the schedule below. Weve added some helpful tasting notes of the
cuppers whove selected this years samples. Please stop by the Indonesian Coffee
Pavilion as often as you like to taste Indonesian coffee at our booth and to join our cupping
sessions.
