Non Usage of Uzbek Cotton and Textiles

As part of its Corporate Social Responsibility Program, HanesBrands works to ensure

that forced labor does not find its way into HanesBrands products. As a consequence,
HanesBrands will not use Uzbek cotton and textiles.

We certify that all yarn and textiles sold to HanesBrands Inc., its subsidiaries or other
third parties manufacturing product for or on behalf of Hanesbrands Inc. do not
contain any Uzbek cotton. Specifically:

1) We certify that none of the yarn and textiles that we manufacture and sell to
HanesBrands has any Uzbek cotton.

2) We certify that none of the yarn and textiles that we purchase from a third party and
sell to HanesBrands has any Uzbek cotton.

3) We will maintain adequate documentation of this certification for inspection upon

request.

4) This certification covers the period from January 1, 20____ to December 31, 20____.
