DECLARATION PROVIDED BY KYC COMPLIED CUSTOMER

THIS DECLARATION made at _______________ on ________ day of _______________

by Mr./ Ms/Mrs. __________________________________________________________________
residing at _______________________________________________________, hereinafter called “the
Declarant” (which expression shall unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof mean and include
his / her heirs, executors, successors and permitted assigns) IN FAVOUR OF Housing Development Finance
Corporation Ltd, (hereinafter called “HDFC”).

W H E R E A S:
1. I the Declarant state that I am desirous of availing Home Loan along with my spouse/ son/
daughter/parent Mr./Ms _____________________________ (co-applicant(s)) from HDFC for the
purchase /acquisition of the property in India.
2. My spouse/ son / daughter/ parent is residing at (mention the address) ______________________
_____________________________________________________________________ and as on date
he/ she does not possess any of the prescribed documents for establishing his/ her identity and address,
as required by HDFC in terms of the KYC policy. I have also submitted to the Corporation the documents
prescribed under the KYC norms to establish my identity and present address.
3. I therefore reiterate and confirm that Mr./Ms whose photograph is pasted on the application form is my
spouse/ son/ daughter/ parent and he/ she resides at the address mentioned in the document stated in
paragraph 2 above.
4. I hereby declare that I shall submit the prescribed KYC document(s) pertaining to the co-applicant(s) as
required by HDFC in compliance of its KYC Policy within 3 months from the date of this declaration and I
further declare that I shall forthwith intimate HDFC any change in my address or that of the said
co-applicant(s).
I further affirm and declare that the information / details provided by me is true and correct in all respects and
no material fact has been concealed.
