1. Read the next paragraph and Answer the questions.


We study English in a big comfortable classroom. My instructor teaches us with
patience and Knowledge. We learn many interesting things. We arrive early and
arrange the classroom. Carlos erases the black board, John cleans the chairs, Andrea
turns on the light, and Santiago opens the windows. At the end of the lecture, we go
home, or sit in the park to rest and listen to music. We get home and go up to take a
bath, and then we come down to dine. We dine and share a funny family moment.

Bob: Hi Jenny, this is Bob. How are you doing?


Jenny: Ive just returned from the Head Office. I have worked so hard this week
Bob: Have you met the major of the company yet?
Jenny: No, I havent seen her yet. We have a meeting at 8 oclock tomorrow morning.
We are going to meet then.
Bob: Have you made your report yet?
Jenny: Yes, I made the report and a short resume yesterday afternoon. I am little
nervous, I hope that everything go well tomorrow.
Bob: Have your coworkers given you any feedback yet?
Jenny: Yes, Ive already met with them this morning and they gave me some good
advices to improve my report.
Bob: Thats great Jenny. Have you had dinner yet?
Jenny: No, I havent had any time yet. .
Bob: Well, I havent had dinner either. Would you like to have dinner with me?
Jenny: oh, Thank you. It could be at 9:00 pm. There is a new restaurant two blocks far
from here.
Bob: Deal! Ill be at your front door at 9.

crayons, pencil pooches, book bags etc. Once a week she returns the items that were left
behind. Today she has fifteen things to return. Whose red sweater is this? She asked.
Its mine sally states I left it yesterday. Whose box of crayons is this? Miss Lucero it
belongs to Carlos. It is Carlos crayons I will put them in his desk Mary said. Whose

these? No one answers. Does anybody know whose lunch boxes these belong to? I
think they belong to Tom and Harry but they are not in class today the children
explained. Whose notebook is this? It is mine Miss Lucero Mary said. Whose red pen is
this? Asked Miss Lucero. Mrs. Teresa left that red pen here. It belongs to her. Whose
books are those? Does books are Susanas. Whose ruler is this? The ruler belongs to me
Sandra states. Whose silver pen? The silver pen is mine Alfredo shouts. Miss Lucero
had many more things to return. Children shouted Miss Lucero come, look at the rest of
the items, and see whose they are. Make sure that if the item is yours to mark them, and
if they are left behind again I will know whose item belong to whom.
