ii)Detailed Discussion

Week 1
- The student has been informed about briefing of Engineering Team Project (ETP) from
UniMAP Portal and official group facebook. The briefing was conducted by Mr.
Aminuddin at lecture hall 4. The group member has been divided according to the name
list and the problem given from the Portal. These is ensure the student to recognize their
group member and discussed about the project. The briefing is about what student should
to do and completed from week 1 until week16.

Week 2
- Meeting with Mr. Annuar as the supervisor of the group. Introduction session among
group member and supervisor. The meeting is discussed about how to prepared a good
proposal. The supervisor also ask each group member for opinion or suggestion that can
be utilized for the project. Before the end of the meeting, the supervisor ask all group
member to do some research on project of Food Ordering System at small food stall and
restaurant.

Week3
- The proposal has been prepared with supervisor guideline. All group members decided
to divided each part of proposal in order to completed it. The proposal has been submitted
to the supervisor for checking before submit it to panels. The supervisor has gave some
comment and suggestion about the proposal in order to improved the quality of it. At the
end of week 3, the proposal is completed and submitted to the panels on week 4.

Week4
- The proposal has been succesful submitted to the panels.The goal of proposal is to make
sure the detail about group planning project is clear and the panel can review it during
proposal presentation. The proposal was accepted and the panels give a comment and
suggestion for the proposal of the project. After the presentation end, the step for build
prototype and make a report has been discussed among all group member.

Week5
- Meeting with supervisor to discussed about the component to be used in the project. The
supervisor ask all group member to do some survey of component regarding the project at
few web pages and at which market available. All component and equipment used in the
project have be received. Some of the components have been sponsored by the supervisor
in order to completed this project. After that, all group member starting to do coding for
the software of the project.
