Property Owners Association

September 1, 2017

Our annual meeting was held at the home of Boyd & Lisa Doll on Saturday
September 1, 2017.

Meeting was called to order by association President, Boyd Doll, at 10:10 AM.
Six property owners were in attendance.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read by Kim Signorelli and approved by all
in attendance.

Jean Reedy read the Treasurers Report, which was approved by all in
attendance.

President, Boyd Doll initiated discussion on old business. With the bridge project
being completed, estimates are outstanding from Phend and Brown and Ranger
materials regarding road repair. Boyd suggesting putting a plan into place to
move on road repair once the estimates are received. Dr. Shirley Khalouf
suggested paving in the fall or spring when most property owners are not on site.
Discussion then turned to raising dues to more accurately handle road
maintenance. Proposed estimate of $150 with $2500 in savings with 23
households would get closer to balancing the maintenance with the annual
income of the association. A date was set for the meeting to be held next year on
Memorial Day weekend to be held at the home of Bill & Kim Signorelli. A Vote
will be held at that time to determine the raise in dues.

In new business, the issue of an election of officers was brought up, but with only
six property owners in attendance, a motion to keep the current officers in place
another year was passed.

Meeting adjourned at 10:50 am.
