PENGANTAR


Puji syukur kami panjatkan kehadirat Allah SWT karena hanya dengan berkat, rahmat,
dan karunia-Nyalah, sehingga kami dapat menyelesaikan penyusunan Buku Ringkasan
Kurikulum Program Studi S1 Administrasi Bisnis Tahun Akademik 2016/2017.

Buku Ringkasan Kurikulum merupakan panduan garis besar mengenai struktur
kurikulum yang akan dilaksanakan mulai tahun akademik 2016/2017. Ringkasan
kurikulum ini akan digunakan sebagai pedoman penyelenggaraan kegiatan belajar
mengajar di program studi S1 Administrasi Bisnis. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan
melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar adalah hal yang menjadi perhatian utama. Berkaitan
dengan hal tersebut pada tahun 2016, program studi S1 Administrasi Bisnis Fakultas
Komunikasi dan Bisnis Universitas Telkom melakukan perubahan dan pengembangan
kurikulum.

Penyusunan kurikulum ini mengacu kepada aturan Undang-Undang Direktorat
Pendidikan Tinggi yang mengharuskan adanya evaluasi kurikulum setiap 4 tahun sekali.
Buku Ringkasan Kurikulum ini disusun melalui hasil diskusi dengan berbagai pihak baik
akademisi, praktisi, alumni dan industri terkait. Hasil dari rumusan Buku Ringkasan
Kurikulum ini diharapkan mampu menjembatani antara kebutuhan industri dengan
kompetensi yang dimiliki lulusan program studi S1 Administrasi Bisnis Universitas
Telkom.

INTRODUCTION

Thank God we pray to Allah SWT because only with blessings, mercy, and grace Him, so
that we can complete the compiling of Curriculum 2016 Summary Bachelor Program of
Business Administration Academic Year 2016/2017.

Curriculum 2016 Summary is a guide to outline the structure of the curriculum to be
implemented for the academic year 2016/2017. This Curriculum 2016 Summary will be
used as guidelines for the implementation of teaching and learning in Bachelor Program
of Accounting. Improving the quality of education through teaching and learning activities
is a matter of major concern. Related to that, in 2016, the Bachelor Program of Business
Administration, School of Communication and Business, Telkom University, making
changes and developing the curriculum.

The formulation of curriculum refers to the Law of the Directorate of Higher Education
that would require curriculum evaluation every four years. The Curriculum 2016
Summary is compiled through discussions with various parties, both academics,
practitioners, alumni and related industries. Results of Curriculum 2016 Summary is
expected to bridge the gap between the needs of industry with the competences of the
graduate courses Bachelor Program of Business Administration Telkom University.

1 SEJARAH PROGRAM STUDI


1 Program History

Program studi Strata 1 Administrasi Bisnis mendapat ijin penyelenggaraan dari Dikti pada
tanggal 28 Maret 2008. Awalnya program studi ini berada pada Sekolah Administrasi Bisnis
& Keuangan (SABK) Institut Manajemen Telkom (IM Telkom), dengan akreditasi "B",
yang dikelola oleh Yayasan pendidikan Telkom (YPT).
Sejarah pendirian program studi S1 Administrasi Bisnis Universitas Telkom tidak terlepas
dari sejarah pendirian Institut Manajemen Telkom (IM Telkom). Pada awal pendirian tanggal
23 Mei 1990 dengan Akta Notaris Ahmad Wiratni, SH. Nomor : 163/1990, Master of
Business Administration (MBA) Bandung sebagai pioneer penyelenggara program S2 (MBA)
yang pertama di Jawa Barat. Dalam upaya menjaga kualitas pendidikan yang
diselenggarakan, MBA Bandung bekerjasama dengan Asian Institute of Management (AIM)
Manila, Philipina.
Tanggal 10 Mei 1993 MBA Bandung berubah menjadi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bandung (STMB) dan
memperoleh akreditasi Unggul dari Departemen Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Indonesia dengan Surat
Keputusan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan nomor : 70a/d/0/93 tahun 1993. Tahun 1997 STMB
membuka program studi S1 Manajemen Bisnis Telekomunikasi & Informatika dengan akreditasi A dari
Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT) pada tahun 2002. Desember 2005, STMB berubah
nama menjadi Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Bisnis Telkom (STMB Telkom). Sebagai langkah konkrit menuju
World Class University (WCU), STMB Telkom telah melakukan transformasi menjadi Institut Manajemen
Telkom (IM Telkom) pada tanggal 28 Maret 2008, dengan tambahan satu program studi Diploma-3
Manajemen Pemasaran dan lima program studi Strata-1, yaitu: Akuntansi, Ilmu Komunikasi, Desain
Komunikasi Visual, dan Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis.
Telkom University adalah perkembangan terakhir dari proses transformasi empat
kelembagaan pendidikan tinggi yang berada di bawah naungan Yayasan Pendidikan Telkom
(YPT), yaitu Institut Teknologi Telkom (IT Telkom), Institut Manajemen Telkom (IM
Telkom), Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Seni Indonesia-Telkom (STISI Telkom), dan Politeknik
Telkom. Telkom University memiliki 7 (tujuh) fakultas dan 27 (dua puluh tujuh) program
studi, mulai Diploma-3 sampai dengan Strata-2. Mulai 1 April 2014 program studi
administrasi bisnis berada di bawah Fakultas Komunikasi & Bisnis - Universitas Telkom.
Transformasi dilakukan YPT dalam upaya mencapai cita-cita menjadi salah satu perguruan
tinggi berkelas dunia (World Class University) tahun 2017.

Business Administration undergraduate program acquired organizing licence from Dikti on


March 28th, 2008. In the beginning, the program lied under School of Business
Administration and Finance (SABK) Management Institute of Telkom (IM Telkom), with
B accreditation, organized by Telkom Foundation of Education (YPT).

The establishment history of Business Administration undergraduate study program was


inseparable from the establishment history of Management Institute of Telkom (IM Telkom).
The establishment was on the date May 23rd, 1990 with Notary Certificate Ahmad Wiratni,
SH. Number : 163/1990. Master of Business Administration (MBA) Bandung as a pioneer of
graduate prgram (MBA) in West Java. To maintain the qualities of organized education,
MBA Bandung cooperated with Asian Institute of Management (AIM) Manila, Philippines.

On May 10th, 1993, MBA Bandung changed into Higher School of Management, Bandung
(STMB) with superior accreditation from Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture
with the decision letter of Ministry of Education and Culture number 70a/d/0/93 year 1993.
In 1997, STMB opened bachelor program in Information and communication Technology
with the accreditationA from the Mational Accreditation Board (BAN-PT) in 2002. In
December 2005, STMB changed ist name into Telkom Higher School of Business
Management (STMB Telkom). As a concrete step to become World Class University (WCU),
STMB had transformed into Telkom Institut of Management (IM Telkom) on March 28th,
2008, with additional Diploma-3 program in Marketing Management and five undergraduate
programs, which are: Accounting, Communication Science, Visual Communicatio Design
and Business Administration.

Telkom University is the last development from the transformation of four higher education
institutes under Telkom Foundation of Education (YPT), which are Telkom institute of
Technology (IT Telkom), Telkom Institut of Management (IM Telkom), Telkom Indonesian
Higher School of Art (STISI Telkom) and Telkom Polytechnique. Telkom University has 7
(seven) faculties and 27 (twenty-seven) study programs from Diploma-3 to Graduate/Master
studies (Strata-2). Starting from April 1st, 2014, Business Administration science lies under
the Faculty of communication and Business Telkom University. The transformation is done
by YPT in the effort of becoming one of the World Class Universities in the year 2017.

1.1 Visi
Menjadi program studi bertaraf internasional yang mampu memberikan inspirasi bagi para
professional dalam bidang pengelolaan bisnis berbasis information and communication
technology (tahun 2021).
1.1 Vision
To become an international study program that can provide inspiration for professionals in
the field of business management based with information and communication technology
basis (year 2021).

1.2 Misi
Menyelenggarakan dan mengembangkan pendidikan berstandar internasional dalam bidang
bisnis secara transparan dan bertanggung jawab.
Mengembangkan dan menyebarluaskan ilmu pengetahuan dalam bidang bisnis berbasis
teknologi informasi yang mengacu pada nilai-nilai professionalism, recognition of achievement,
integrity, mutual respect, entrepreneurship.
Melaksanakan kegiatan penelitian, untuk memperkuat dan memperkaya bidang keilmuan,
Melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk konsultasi, pelatihan dan
bimbingan untuk memecahkan masalah-masalah bisnis.

1.2 Mission
Organizing and developing international standard education in the field of business in a
transparent and accountable.
Developing and disseminate knowledge in the field of information technology-based business that
refers to the values of professionalism, recognition of achievement, integrity, mutual respect,
entrepreneurship.
Conducting research, to strengthen and enrich the fields of science,
Carrying out community service activities in consultancy, training and guidance to solve business
problems.

1.3 Tujuan
Menghasilkan Sarjana Bisnis yang:
Bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, memiliki integritas kepribadian tinggi, mampu Berusaha
secara mandiri dan berorientasi pada professionalism, recognition of achievement, integrity,
mutual respect, dan entrepreneurship ;
Berkualitas, mandiri , dan memiliki daya saing individu yang tinggi;
mampu menciptakan gagasan baru dan memberi inspirasi dalam menghadapi persaingan bisnis;
Bertanggung jawab dan mampu berkontribusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup masyarakat
Menghasilkan karya-karya ilmiah yang berkualitas dalam bidang Ilmu Administrasi Bisnis untuk
peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat.

1.3 Purposes
To generate bachelor students in business that:
Have faith in God Almighty, have high personal integrity, capable Trying independently and
oriented to professionalism, recognition of achievement, integrity, mutual respect, and
entrepreneurship;
Have qualites, independent, and have a high individual competitiveness;
Have the ability to create new ideas and inspiring in the face of business competition;
Have the responsibility and ability to contribute to improving standards of living
Produce scientific works of quality in the field of Business Administration for the improvement of
quality of life.

2 Program Descriptions

Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis diproyeksikan untuk menyiapkan tenaga-tenaga ahli di


bidang pengelolaan bisnis, yang dibekali dengan pemahaman pentingnya Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) dalam pengelolaan bisnis kontemporer, sebagai jawaban
akan tuntutan persaingan bisnis era global. Disamping ICT skill, lulusan program studi
administrasi bisnis Universitas Telkom juga dibekali dengan keterampilan penunjang,
meliputi: entrepreneurial skill, interpersonal skill dan transcultural communication skill.
Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis berada dalam lingkup Fakultas Komunikasi dan Bisnis,
bersama dengan Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi. Pada awalnya prodi ini bernama
Administrasi Niaga, yang mulai menjalankan aktivitas proses belajar mengajar sejak bulan
Juni 2008. Jumlah mahasiswa program studi Administrasi Bisnis terus meningkat setiap
tahunnya, sampai dengan semester genap 2015/2016 tercatat sebanyak 1109 mahasiswa aktif.
Dalam rangka mewujudkan visi misi universitas dan program studi, sejak Semester Ganjil
2015/2016 prodi administrasi bisnis membuka international class.
Prodi Adbis mendapat akreditasi B dengan skor 340 dari Badan Akreditasi Nasional (BAN-
PT), yang berlaku sejak 29 Juni 2012 sampai dengan 29 Juni 2017. Saat ini prodi Prodi Adbis
diproyeksikan untuk menyiapkan calon-calon tenaga ahli di bidang pengelolaan bisnis
kontemporer, yang mampu berkiprah di dunia bisnis domestik maupun global, selalu siap
dengan antisipasi perubahan, dan mampu memiliki keunggulan berkompetisi sebagai jawaban
atas tantangan persaingan bisnis.

The Business Administration study program is projected to prepare experts in the field of
business management, which is equipped with an understanding of the importance of
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in contemporary business management,
as an answer to the demands of global business competition era. Besides ICT skills, business
administration graduate study program Telkom University also equipped with skills support,
covering entrepreneurial skill, interpersonal skill dan transcultural communication skill.
The Business Administration Program lies within the scope of the Faculty of Communication
and Business, along with Communication Studies. At the beginning of this study program
called Administrasi Niaga, which started carrying out activities of teaching and learning
process since June 2008. The number of students of Business Administration continues to
increase each year, until the second semester of 2015/2016 there were 1109 active students.
In order to realize the vision of the university's mission and programs of study, since Odd
Semester 2015/2016 Prodi opened international business administration class.

The Business Administration Program was accredited "B" with a score of 340 from the
National Accreditation Board (BAN-PT), in effect since June 29, 2012 until June 29, 2017.
Currently, Prodi Prodi Adbis projected to prepare candidates for experts in the field of
contemporary business management , which is capable of acting in domestic and global
business world, always ready to anticipate changes, and able to have an edge to compete as
an answer to the challenge of business competition.

3 GRADUATE PROFIL

Adapun profil lulusan dari Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis adalah:


1) Analis Pemasaran
Mampu mengimplementasikan, menganalisis dan mengevaluasi program pemasaran serta
bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian hasil kinerja program pemasaran.
2) Analis Sumber Daya Manusia
Mampu mengimplementasikan dan mengevaluasi program administrasi dan layanan SDM
serta bertanggung jawab atas pencapaian hasil kinerja program SDM.
3) Wirausahawan
Menguasai keilmuan kewirausahaan sejalan dengan kemampuan teknis keahlian dan etika
berwirausaha, memiliki kemampuan analisis mendasar mengenai kewirausahaan yang
sesuai dengan protokol bisnis.

The profile of graduates from the Department of Business Administration:
1) Marketing Analyst
Possess ability to implement, analyze and evaluate marketing programs and is responsible for
the achievement of performance results of marketing programs.
2) Human Resources Analyst
Possess the ability to implement and evaluate the program administration and HR services and
is responsible for the achievement of performance results of HR programs.
3) Entrepreneurs
Possess the ability to master the science of entrepreneurship in line with the technical ability
and ethical entrepreneurship skills, have basic analytical skills of entrepreneurship in
accordance with business protocol.

4 LEARNING OUTCOME

Sesuai dengan acuan penyusunan kurikulum pendidikan tinggi, maka untuk capaian
pembelajaran di program studi Administrasi Bisnis mencakup empat hal, yaitu sikap,
penguasaan pengetahuan, keterampilan umum dan keterampilan khusus. Berikut
uraian lengkap dari capaian pembelajaran program studi Administrasi Bisnis
Universitas Telkom.

6 PREVIOUS CURRICULUM EQUIVALENCE

6.1 Penjelasan/Keterangan/Aturan Ekivalensi


1. Ekivalensi per mata kuliah untuk kurikulum 2014 ke kurikulum 2016.
SKS yang diakui adalah SKS mata kuliah yang LULUS. Tidak ada perubahan besaran SKS untuk
mata kuliah yang lulus.

2. DUA mata kuliah kurikulum 2014 ekivalen dengan SATU mata kuliah kurikulum 2016.
a. Bila DUA mata kuliah kurikulum 2014 belum ada yang lulus maka harus mengambil 1
mata kuliah kurikulum 2016.
b. Jika salah satu mata kuliah kurikulum 2014 lulus maka akan diakui sesuai besaran SKS
untuk mata kuliah yang lulus.
c. Jika jumlah sks minimal 144 sudah terpenuhi maka tidak perlu mengambil mata kuliah
baru pada kurikulum 2016.
d. Jika terdapat kekurangan total SKS minimal maka diharuskan mengambil mata kuliah
pada kurikulum 2016.

4. Kelompok Mata Kuliah Untuk Mengatasi Kekurangan SKS
Jika masih terdapat mata kuliah yang belum lulus dan jumlah minimal total SKS 144 belum
terpenuhi maka diharuskan mengambil alternatif mata kuliah peminatan ataupun pilihan di
kurikulum 2016 yang tersedia. Jika jumlah minimal total SKS 144 sudah terpenuhi maka tidak
perlu mengambil mata kuliah alternatif kurikulum 2016 pada tabel 4.

The admitted credit is the one acquired from PASSED courses. There are not any changes in credit
weighs for passed courses.

2. TWO courses in 2014 curriculum are equivalent with ONE course in 2016 curriculum.
a. If TWO courses in 2014 havent been passed, the student should take 1 course in 2016
curriculum.
b. If one course in 2014 curriculum has passed, it will be admitted with the same weigh as the
passed one.
c. If the minimum credits (144 credits) are fulfilled, , there is no need to take new course in
2016 curriculum.
d. If there are shortages in minimum total credit, taking new course in 2016 curriculum is
compulsory.

Matakuliah Kewirausahaan ini adalah matakuliah dengan kosentrasi pada Business
Plan yang dapat diimplementasikan oleh mahasiswa selama satu semester. Mahasiswa
dalam tiap tahapan belajar akan mengkaji pokok bahasan Pengertian Kewirausahaan,
Motivasi, Inovasi, Kepemimpinan, Kreativitas, Pengembangan Ide, Kerja Sama,
Negoisasi Relasi Usaha, Business Plan, dan Praktik Business Plan yaitu merancang
dan mengevaluasi business plan.
Entrepreneurship course this is subject to the concentration in the Business Plan that
can be implemented by a student for one semester. Students in each stage study will
examine the subject of Understanding Entrepreneurship, Motivation, Innovation,
Leadership, Creativity, Idea Development, Cooperation, Negotiations - Business
Relations, Business Plan, and Practice Business Plan is to design and evaluate the

This course is explaining the reasoning of modern statistics and its applications. It also
emphasized the important of statistics model as basic method of data analysis, then
students will be able to explain the meaning of statistics as the science disciplines and
the role in life, understand and summarize the data in table/ chart and counting a data,
understand some special technic of statistical analysis. Students also will be able to
understand the connection between model and counting method, skillful in doing
counting.

MK Magang merupakan MK praktek di lapangan kerja yang sesungguhnya yang dapat
diambil oleh mahasiswa setelah lulus sebanyak 90 sks atau sedang menempuh 110 sks
dengan durasi selama 30 hari kerja. Mahasiswa dapat melaksanakan magang pada
perusahaan yang dipilih sesuai dengan keinginan masing - masing. Adapun jenis
pekerjaan yang dipilih dapat disesuaikan dengan minat mahasiswa maupun kebutuhan
dari perusahaan tempat magang.
Internship is an activity that every students must did to get some experiene on how to
work in a real condition. The requirement of apprentice is student must pass 90 credits
or go through 110 credits with 30 days working duration. Students are allowed work in
any company they choose. They also allowed working in any kind of jobs that they are
want to or based on the company's need.

Proposal skripsi adalah persyaratan yang harus ditempuh oleh mahasiswa sebelum
skripsi. Proposal skripsi merupakan laporan awal dari tugas akhir yang berisi tentang
latar belakang penelitian, tinjauan pustaka dan metodologi penelitian. Kelayakan
proposal akan diuji oleh dua orang dosen penguji serta dibawah bimbingan 1 orang
dosen pembimbing.
Minithesis proposal is the requirements that every student must do before minithesis
itself. Minithesis proposal is the pre-report before minithesis with some contents such
as: research background, literature reviews and research methodology under guided
by one supervisor. Two examiners will test proposal feasibility.

7.49 CB4C6_Skripsi
Skripsi merupakan tugas akhir mahasiswa sebelum dinyatakan lulus sebagai sarjana.
Skripsi merupakan laporan lengkap tugas akhir yang berisi 1) latar belakang penelitian,
2) tinjauan pustaka, 3) metodologi penelitian, 4) pengolahan data dan pembahasan, 5)
kesimpulan dan saran. Kelayakan skripsi akan diuji oleh dua orang dosen penguji serta
dibawah bimbingan 1 orang dosen pembimbing.
Students must take minithesis as the final task before they finish the whole study.
Content of minithesis are 1) research background, 2) literature review, 3) research
methodology, 4) data processing and discussion, 5) conclusion and suggestion. The
minithesis is doing under guidance one supervisor and two examiners will test the
feasibility.
