discoveredthissequenceofnumbersinthe1200s,andthisiswhytheyarecollectivelycalledThe
Finonaccisequence.Fibonaccinumbershaveaspecialpropertythattiesthemtothegoldenratio;if
youdivideeachFibonaccinumberwiththenumbersthatcomesbeforeitinthesequenceyouranswer
alwaysclosesinonthegoldenratio1:1.618
number in the sequence by adding the previous two numbers, for example:

Fibonacci numbers are often called the golden sequence and are unique because they have an interesting
