OUR BODY

Our body consists of three main parts. They are the head, the trunk, and the limbs. In the
head there are two eyes, two ears, one nose, and one mounth. The trunk consists of the
chest, the back, the shoulder, and the internal organs. The limbs consists of arms and legs.

All parts of the organ have their own function. We use eyes to see, the ears to
hear, the legs to walk, and so on.

In some ways, our body is similar to a machines. It needs energy to work well. A Machines
needs fuel to move on. Our body needs nutritious food, enough water, and oxygen.

What is nutritious food? It is the food that contains carbohydrates, protein, vitamin,
and mineral. All of them must be proportionally consumeds.
