Narrative Report

On October 7, 2017, we, the BS Criminology 4C conducted a

shadowing in Calbayog City Proper as a partial fulfillment for
the subject LEA 7 (Police Intelligence) for the degree of
Bachelor of Science in Criminology under the instruction of Mr.
Alberto S. Nugal.

At on or about 8 oclock in the morning, we all met at the

Calbayog Centennial Parish for a short briefing and to wait for
the others who were late. After that, we proceeded to Grand
Gaisano Calbayog, our first location, to wait and identify our
subject. We were only given a little description about our
subject. Our teams strategy was to divide the group among the
floors of the mall. When we have identified the rabbit, the
ones assigned to that particular floor where the rabbit is,
will be the one to shadow him and the others will just back them
up. At on or about 9:50, we had found a drop letter that
indicates the next location where the rabbit is heading to. The
next location is at the St. Peter & Paul Cathedral.

Then we proceeded to St. Peter and Paul Cathedral. In this

location, the first drop letter was a race against Cristine
Sarion (other team) and Roxanne Ayong. The other team got the
first drop letter. They already proceeded to the next location
but our team is still in the cathedral. Atlast, the rabbit
dropped a letter at one of the benches outside the church and it
is also indicated there the next location which is the Super
Metro.

At the Super Metro, the rabbit had spoken with some guys.
Our team decide that other will follow the guys that the rabbit
had spoken to in case the rabbit used them as decoy to drop the
letter. At the supermarket, the rabbit dropped a letter and the
other team got it. At the second floor, the rabbit inserted the
drop letter in between the stuff toys. Cristine Sarion (other
team) and Glen Iosa Comilang went head to head to get the drop
letter. Unfortunately, the other team also got the letter.

The next location was at the RFM. Our team divided the
house into 2 teams, one team on the ground floor and the pother
will be at the 2nd floor of the market. Luckily this time, we got
the drop letter that says Lunch Time. It was our cue to take
our lunch. During lunchtime, our team discussed on how we will
get the drop letters first before the other team will.

In the afternoon, Sir Nugal texted us that another rabbit

will be our subject. This time, the rabbit was a female. The
first location for the afternoon was at Northwest Samar State
University. When we surveyed the school grounds, we passed
through the Engineering Department and the rabbit was already
there. The rabbit and Kystel Mae Pecayo talked for a while but
we didnt still know that she was our rabbit. We just went back
and forth the school premises still not knowing who the rabbit
was. After the agony of walking and running, finally we got the
drop letter. The next location was Novo.

At the Novo, we really lose the concept of shadowing

because of the competitiveness. The only thing in our minds was
to get the drop letters first before the other team will. In
this location, we were the one to get the drop letter. It
indicates the nect location which is the Total Gasoline Station
and that a gasoline boy will give us the drop letter.

The next location was at Total Gasoline Station. In order

for the other team to not get to the next location, our team
grouped ourselves. The others will distract the other team by
making them follow them thinking that they will go to the next
location but the truth is they are just decoys.

The 2nd to the last station before the critiquing at the

Bagacay Beach was at Nijaga Park. The other team was still
nowhere to be found. We found the drop letter on the grass. It
says there that the last location was at the Centro Mall and the
drop letter was at a perfume seller. The last drop says Tired?
Congratulation Proceed to Bagacay Beach. My team immediately
proceeded to Bagacay Beach for the critiquing.
