Introduction

This is the user guide for the PawnR Pawn Broker Management System. This user guides you to
make the software working understandable and provided explanation.

Process

Process of the software consists of the Loan Creation, Delivery Creation, Searching, Notice Creation
and Accounts System.

In the Loan Creation the user has to provide information of the customer, date and items and the
interest for the loan to be pledged. Upon the loan information has been successfully entered the
user has to press the Save button to save the loan. Upon successful validation by the computer the
loan added to the database else the error has been shown to the user.

Upon Creation of the Loan User can do Search with the data, send notice to the data and delivery
the loan if the customer comes for redemption

Accounts section consists of the Ledger, Daybook, Cash Flow Report, Balance Sheet and Profit and
Loss.

Let us go to the steps involved in Creation, View, Modification and Deletion of each and every menu
in the PawnR

Some of the Function Keys involved in the Software are

F5 Add / Save
F6 Update / Modify
F7 Delete
F8 Refresh / Reset

F11 Delivery View

F12 Loan View / Search

Login
Start WPFPawnSystem / Pawn System from the Desktop and you will get Login Screen.

Login Screen Consist of Username, Password and Financial Year.

You can use Enter to Move from One Control (E.g. Textbox, Combo Box) to Next Control.

Make Sure the Cursor is in Username Textbox.

Default Username and Password ADMIN and admin.

All the Control transfers the input to Capital Letters except Password Control.

For example if u enters admin in Username it will be displayed as ADMIN.

Username and Password Textbox background Colour is Yellowish with Brown Bottom.

It shows the control is compulsory and upon successful validation the background colour turns to
white when you leave the control.

After typing Username Press Enter Button and then type Password and Press Enter Button.

Now Cursor Position is in Financial Year and then press Enter cursor position is now in submit button
and again press Enter you will be welcomed by Welcome Page.

Company Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Company

Make Sure to type compulsory information (Control shown in yellowish background colour) and use
enter to move to next controls.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Company Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Company

In the Bottom Press View All Tabs and select the required company and press Enter Button

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to next controls.

To Modify - Upon typing the correct information you can use Update Button at the bottom to
update the details or Press F6 to update the details.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the bottom to delete the details or Press F7 to delete the
details.

Item Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Item

Make Sure to type compulsory information (Control shown in yellowish background colour) and use
enter to move to next controls.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Item Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Item

In the Right Side grid select required item and press Enter Button

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to next controls.

To Modify - Upon typing the correct information you can use Update Button at the bottom to
update the details or Press F6 to update the details.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the bottom to delete the details or Press F7 to delete the
details.

Interest Rate Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Interest Rate

Make Sure to type compulsory information (Control shown in yellowish background colour) and use
enter to move to next controls. If u need to set multiple interest for different month use Add button.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Interest Rate Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Interest Rate

In the Right Side grid select required item and press Enter Button

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to next controls.

To Modify No Modify is allowed for Interest Rate.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the bottom to delete the details or Press F7 to delete the
details. Maximum date entry must be deleted first.

Document Charges Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Document Charges

Make Sure to type compulsory information (Control shown in yellowish background colour) and use
enter to move to next controls. If u need to set multiple interest for different month use Add button.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Document Charges Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Master -> Document Charges

In the Right Side grid select required item and press Enter Button

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to next controls.

To Modify No Modify is allowed for Document Charges.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the bottom to delete the details or Press F7 to delete the
details. Maximum date entry must be deleted first.

Loan Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Select the Company if it is multiple license software and go to the date and type the correct date if it
is not shown.

Type the customer name and if the customer name already saved it shows else type the other
details like relation name, address, place etc.

Loan screen is designed such that it can handle multiple loans for a same customer in a single
transaction.

Make use of enter to move from loan table to loan items table and fill the values in the loan items
table. After returning the cursor from loan item table to loan table enter loan amount information. If
you already saved the interest range and document charges it will show else you can edit the values
manually.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Loan Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Modify Loan Delivery

Select the Company name and type loan number and press F12

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to next controls.

To Modify Upon typing the correct information you can use Update Button in the loan box.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the loan box bottom to delete the details.

Delivery Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Select the Company if it is multiple license software and go to the date and type the correct date if it
is not shown.

Press Enter without typing the customer name. The delivery tab opens up.

In the Delivery table enter the Loan number in the Loan Number Column and press Enter.

Make sure that all the information provided is correct else you can edit the details.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Save Button at the bottom to save the details or
Press F5 to save the details.

Delivery Modify / Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Modify Loan Delivery

Select the Company name and type loan number and press F12

Make sure all the details displayed correctly. Type compulsory information (Control shown in
yellowish background colour) and use enter to move to new to next controls.

To Modify Upon typing the correct information you can use Update Button in the delivery box.

To Delete - you can use Delete Button at the delivery box bottom to delete the details.

Document Proof Creation

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Modify Loan Delivery

Select the Company name and type loan number and press F12

In the Document Proof Box you can type the detail and the image from storage or webcam.

Make sure that all the information provided is correct else you can edit the details.

Upon typing the correct information you can use Add Button at the Document Proof Box.

Document Proof Delete

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Modify Loan Delivery

Select the Company name and type loan number and press F12

To Modify No Modify is allowed.

To Delete Select the list from the document proof box table and press F7

Loan Search by Customer

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Type the Customer name and select it from the list and press F12 to get the pending loan.

Delivery Search by Customer

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Type the Customer name and select it from the list and press F11 to get delivered loan.

Loan Search by Date

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Type the Date and press F12 to get loan list

Delivery Search by Date

In the Menu Go through the following path

Transaction -> Loan Delivery

Type the Date and press F11 to get delivery list.

All Searches

In the Menu Go through the following path

Reports -> Search

Search consists of multiple filters and multiple sorting.

Minimum one filter and one sorting is compulsory.

In the filter option you can choose any field provided in the combo box and you can leave the End
textbox if you need.

Select the Field from the combo box and select the type of report and press Submit Button and if u
need report format press Report Button
