We, COELME COSTRUZIONI ELETTROMECCANICHE S.p.A., established under laws of

COELME Italy, the original manufacturer of Disconnecting Switches hereby guarantee
for a period of 12 months after commencement date of operation or 18 months after
handed over (ST1), whichever come earlier. We also guarantee that our product 100%
new and genuine. The goods when correctly installed and properly operated and
maintained shall be free from defect and its performance shall be free from defects and
comply with the specification as stipulated in the contract.

Should any malfunctioning and / or latent defect in equipment under normal use and
service be found during the said period, COELME COSTRUZIONI
ELETTROMECCANICHE S.p.A., shall promptly commence to repair and make good such
malfunctioning and / or defect.

Santa Maria di Sala, Venice Italy, hereby confirm that our equipment have been
successfully operated for more than 5 years in PLN System and outside of Manufacturers
Country.

Furthermore COELME COSTRUZIONI ELETTROMECCANICHE S.p.A confirm that it has

manufactured Disconnecting Switches for more than 10 years..

This statement letter is valid only for this particular project.
