OFFER LETTER

Dear Mr. Sunil Anil Patil,

With reference to your application for employment and subsequent interface you had with us, we are please to
appoint you as Loan Officer on the following terms and conditions, recorded below for your consideration and
acceptance. This offer takes effect from your date of joining 03rd of November, 2023 subject to your acceptance of this
Offer Letter and consequent execution of Employment Agreement. In this role you will be the key person and will play
an important role in full filling the business objectives of Kamal Fincap Pvt Ltd.

1. You shall be entitled to a salary of Rs. 15,000 CTC

2. The company expects you to work in the department, in which you are placed with high standard of
efficiency and economy.
3. Your appointment is subject to satisfactory reference checks and clearance from any secrecy / service
agreements that you may have executed, which could have a bearing on your working with us. Your final
appointment is subjected to furnishing of your documents on your joining.

4. This letter of offer is based on the information furnished in your application for employment and during the
interviews you had with us. If, at any time in future, it comes to light that any of this information is
incorrect or any relevant information has been withheld, then your employment is liable to be terminated
without notice.
5. You will be entitled to leave and holidays as per the Leave Policy of the company.

6. Notice period to be given at the time of resignation is as follows:

For designation of Branch Manager/ Audit Officer and above and all Head Office staff (irrespective of
designation) by giving three (3) months advance notice in writing or payment of salary of two (2) months in
lieu thereof, and

For designation of Loan Officer by giving one (1) month advance notice in writing or payment of salary of
two (2) months in lieu thereof

7. Other terms and conditions of your employment shall be subject to the Employment Agreement.

8. From 1st day of joining in our respective branch, you will abide with all the rules and regulations of the
company. Further in case of any indiscipline, ir-regulatory or dereliction of your job responsibilities,
company will take a proper legal action and the jurisdiction place will be in the court of Kota-Rajasthan

9. Training cost will not be paid. If you are exit before 15 days.
