Reading Dear Parents,


Review topics include We have come to the end of the first unit in our
main idea and details, Reading Counts curriculum. Next week will be spent
sequencing, and point of reviewing the material we have covered during the unit,
view and taking assessments to determine if the material was
mastered. If you would like to help your 4th grader
prepare for these reading assessments, please discuss the
Calendar targeted reading skills as they relate to their at-home
Oct. 18/19 Parent/ reading and incorporate the vocabulary words into your
Teacher Conferences conversations at home. Review topics can be found under
Oct. 23-26 Pumpkin Reading (to the left) and Vocabulary (below). And, of
Character Decorating course, continue to read at home over the weekend.
