Professional Development Plan for Teachers

Rationale/Reflection of previous practice: During last my MCT and MST commented on my teaching,
they asked me to work on to different areas. The first area of development was; time management
because the children cant finish each activities on one times because each activities different than each
other for example some activities take more times which is hard but the second activities simple not
need to take more times. The second area of development that I have to work on is classroom
management because some the students when they finish their work they make noisy for other children
and they start running in the whole classrooms before we start our class.
So thats why I worked hard on developing these two areas. I still remember when MS Liz was observe
me before she said for me I must control of whole class when they do the activities because some of
them need help but they shy to request from me so I must observe them while they doing the activities.
