That the rates quoted by bidder are Bare minimum

and in case bidder executes / accept the similar works
and services against order placed by any other
Government utility, Electricity board or project etc.
during the completion period of the proposed work of
DTL, the lower rates shall prevail and DTL shall
make the payment on the lower rates basis. This
certificate shall also be submitted by bidder at the
time of billing with DTL against the proposed work.
We shall intimate to DTL during the completion
period of the proposed work positively and without
fail regarding any such order received by us at lower
rates as indicated above.
