TIME OF POSSESSION 31:34 28:26 struggled to run the ball although they never did shy away from trying to with 32
attempts. Stinson played the game of his rookie season and out completed Cannon
and connected on three scoring passes. But he also gave the ball away twice with
rookie errors. Still another deep ball to Tannous won the game for the Diesels and
propelled them into the finals. Addin was great today. His supporting cast was great
also but Addin had to play his part and it was no mean feat in this environment said
his Coach Nick Flemming. Stinsons second mistake came with the game still in the
balance after Tight End Jackson Foster had scored for the Rams. An ill advised pass
over the middle was picked by Tuuta Heffernan as the Diesels tried to run out the
clock. This could have been a death sentence for both Stinson and the Diesels as the
rams were able to get the ball into field goal range for one last try at the win. But as
time expired Allendes attempt drifted to the right and that was all she wrote.
