I, Martin Bensch of Benschmark Plumbing P/L, hereby certify that all new Hot and Cold water,
stormwater and drainage services have been installed in accordance with AS 3500 and The New
South Wales Code of Plumbing and Drainage.
I certify that the new stormwater system complies with the design certification, AS/NZS 3500.3
2003, F1.1 of the Building Code of Australia.
I certify that the new hose reels have been installed as per BCA 2016 E1.4 and AS 2441-2005
I certify that all uPVC pipe penetrations through the concrete floor have been installed with 4 hour
fire rated collars in accordance with AS 4072.1 2005 and BCA Clause C3.15, C3.16 & AS 1530.4
2005.
I certify the hot water system has been installed as per NSW part J7.2 of the BCA and section 8 of
AS/NZS3500.4.
I certify that all new hydraulic fixtures have been installed as per AS 3500 and manufacturers
installation instructions.
