Free fluid collection ( BASIC )
patient come to the ER with the traumatic abdomen history Rupture intra abdominal organ ( Advanced )
Sign of the traumatic abdomen + FAST + Hematoperitoneum
HB result .. FAST - Normal
Gold Standart USG Abdominal CT with Contrast IV , oral and
ANAL
