Content Requirements:

2. Raw Score from grading sheet, TOTAL of Periodical Test or PT.
3. Accurate Computation of Equivalent using the formula: (Raw Score / Total of PT. * 100).
4. Use fill color to the interpretation of Equivalent (see legend table interpretation below).
5. Display the Mean and SD of Raw Score and its Equivalent.
6. Display the Highest and lowest Raw Score.
