KNOWLEDGE OF SEXUALITY CLASS X AND XI IN SMK PGRI 2
CIMAHI

ABSTRACT

Background : The rampant free amongst the students relationship due to lack of
knowledge about sexuality. Knowledge about sexuality more retrieved from
friends, internet and movies and not of the parents, giving rise to make confusing
in students and in determining attitudes. Therefore students student in desperate
need of information about sexuality, in order to have a positive attitude towards
sexuality, and sexuality can be looked at according to the norms and rules in
force in the community.
Aims of research : To find out the knowledge of sexuality and knowing attitude
of students student, as well as knowing the relationship between knowledge of
sexuality with an attitude of students of class X and XI grad student in SMK PGRI
2 Cimahi.
Research Method : This research method is analytical survey with cross cross-
sectional approach. Research grad student population are students of class X
and XI in SMK PGRI 2 with the determination of sample using Cimahi of stratified
Random Sampling. The Data obtained by way of handing out questionnaires and
analyze statistically using chi square test.
Research Result : Statistical tests are obtained that there is a significant
relationship between knowledge of sexuality with an attitude of students of class
X and XI grad student in SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi. Because the P value = less than
0.002 = 0.05.
Conclution and Sugestion : Based on the results of the research can be
inferred that there is a relationship between knowledge of sexuality with an
attitude of students of class X and XI grad student in SMK PGRI 2 Cimahi, and is
expected to hand the school can give education, counseling and guidance on
sexuality either to students or grad students and parents. Grad students are
expected to be open to issues of sexuality that is encountered, in order not to fall
on a unhealthy sexual behavior and irresponsible.
