for improve the department. In the moment when will send weekly report Directors may
be putting attention for avoid future mistakes. For this reason, we be agreeing with this
recommendation
The new director should be guarantee personal relations with the other persons who
related with the enterprise therefore He / She need to attend all people that can.

2. We think that the second recommendation of the new communication director is a little
bad because it is forcing all heads of departments to use a BlackBerry device and we
think that the law of choose what device use is personal. Our recommendation is that
the orders and information of our customers must be received by means of mails that
are exclusively of the company for example create an own company platform of mails.

3. We agree with this recommendation cause its a good way to follow the complaints about
the product but we would also add if a customer gets a health damage, they must
respond and pay the medical expenses.
