manufacturer STAHL Crane Systems has taken over the supply and has strengthened EMC as a lifting specialist for all types of
industrial cranes & lifting equipments. With an extensive knowledge in explosion protection, EMC belongs to the main premium
lifting equipment provider for the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Industries.

Welding Inspector (May 2016 to Present )

At EMC as a Welding Inspector my responsibilities were:

Responsible for material receiving and its Inspection.

Fit-up Inspection, visual welding inspection and Final inspection of weld-metal.
Sorting out the welding defects and making the necessary plan for their repairing/Rectifications.
Inspection of Welding Consumable likes condition, diameter, length, and storage handling as per requirements.
Reviewing NDT reports and maintaining all related records.
Witnessing of activities like WPS, PQR and Welders qualification Tests.
Carrying out weld repair activities as per client approved WPS.
Ensuring all work is carrying out safely and as specified by quality procedures.
Preparing the final documentations related to welding activities.
Responsible for calibration of gauges, measuring instruments and welding equipment.

Khursaniyah Producing Facilities of SAUDI ARAMCO. As a Mechanical Engineer my responsibilities were:

Responsible for material receiving and Inspection.

Reviewing test packs, verifying the compliance and witnessing pressure and leak testing.
Ensuring that all works should be as per specifications, Scope of work, drawings and procedures.
Ensuring in pre-weld inspection dimensions, fit-up and weld preparations are in accordance with drawings.
Responsible for the planning of daily activities and supervision.
Analysing all mechanical designs and monitoring fabrication of the drawings according to the plan.
Preparing daily production report, weekly production work schedule and maintenance schedule.
Following the erection of the projects with our erection team.
Interpretation of all codes and maintaining overall performance of all piping activities.
Planning & monitoring the work for timely completion of the project.
