HOUSE RULES
The following rules shall only be observed during Office Hours and inside the
CMESBO Office, thus when not specified, this implies that the coverage of all
rules set forth exclude elsewhere.

1. Officers and Non-Officers should always execute proper boarding when

entering.
2. The cleanliness of the Office must be maintained all the times.
3. English language must be the medium of communication during
mornings.
4. Filipino language must be the medium of communication during
afternoons.
5. Tidiness and orderliness of the desks must always be observed.
6. General Cleaning must be done every last Saturday of the month.
7. The noise must always be observed at its minimum as defined by the
circumstances.
8. Officers are strictly not allowed to enter when not wearing the prescribed
uniform. A simple form of disrespect towards the two (2) Organizations.
9. All except CMESBO & MEMC Officers are not allowed to stand by during
Office Hours.
10. All except CMESBO & MEMC Officers are not allowed to store their
personal belongings.
11. The Office shall only accommodate at the same time a maximum of 15
people aside from CMESBO & MEMC Officers, 5 for Students/Cadets and
10 for Officers from other Organizations that were not stated.
12. Approval from any CMESBO Officers must be sought before borrowing the
CMESBO Properties. When then approved, they must be logged on the
CMESBO Borrowers Record Book.
13. The Office shall neither take any responsibilities nor be blamed of the lost
or damaged personal belongings stored inside the Office.
14. Desist from taking or using someone elses properties without the approval
or knowledge of the owner.
15. Not Officers are not allowed to enter the Office unless has important
business to be dealt with the Office personnel. This is to prevent loss of
confidential papers/files.
16. Officers of the Office must at least render a total of three (3) hours of duty
a week.

17. Bid leave or excuse direct to the highest Officer present in the Chain of
Command. The President must always be informed nevertheless.
18. All Officers must leave the Office at exactly 2000 Hrs. However, this can be
earlier when mandated/allowed by the highest Officer present in the
Chain of Command.

Penalty for light Offenses is the execution of Squat Thrust with a maximum of 30;
such offenses show disrespect to the Office, here are as follows:
Not executing the proper boarding before and when entering
Not wearing the prescribed uniform
The excess person/s of the allowable number of outsiders inside the Office
Students/Cadets by standing during Office Hours inside the Office
Officers who let outsiders store their belongings inside the Office

Penalty for less serious Offenses is the execution of Squat Thrust with a minimum
of 30 to a maximum of 50; such offenses show disrespect to the Highest Officer
present in the Chain of Command, here are as follows:
Leaving to home without his/her approval or knowledge
Actions requiring his/her approval but failed to ask within enough time
Not addressing Sir/Maam

Penalty for serious Offenses is the execution of Squat Thrust demanded by the
harassed Officer or to the extent of IMPEACHMENT when approved by of the
Council; such offenses when done repeatedly, here are as follows:
Not rendering of at least 3 Hours of duty a week
Leaving to home without the approval of the Highest Officer present in
the Chain of Command
Obvious disrespect to his/ her superior Officer/s
Not following the Chain of Command
