Madam,

Relative to our contract works for the Construction of Bagumbayan Municipal Operation Center
including Site Development and Landscaping, we would like to submit the Variation Works done to
complete the project.

The cost of Additive Variation amounted to Pesos: One Million Six Hundred Ninety Nine Hundred
Thirty Five and 92/100 (P 1,690,935.92) while the cost of Deductive Variation amounted to Pesos: One
Million Six Hundred Ninety Nine Hundred Thirty Six and 84/100 (P 1,690,936.84) for a Total Variation
Cost of negative P 00.92, which could be rounded off to zero.

Enclosed is our detailed derivation of the Cost of Variation Works for your consideration and
approval.
