Name of Event: Stonewall Presents: Brunch at Shade Bar
Location/Time: Shade Bar from 11:00AM- 2:00PM
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Goal 1: To raise money for Bobcat Pride.
Objective1: By having Casey walk around the venue with a donation jar every other half hour on the
day of the event.
Objective2: By donating the money made from the brunch charging $5 per plate.
Goal 2: To have participants attend the brunch.
Objective1: By having Paige put fliers out at various locations on the Square three days before the
event started.
Objective2: By creating a friendly environment suitable for all paritcipants having provided musical
entertainment by Ashleigh Stone.
MARKETING
Fliers were made by Paige, and the owner Chris, and put all over the square. We
also had social media, and announced it to other organizations
