ST. JOHN’S PICNIC (August 15) NOTES


Dinner and Raffle tickets are available in the back of the
church. Dinner is $15 per person and Raffle tickets are $5 for
one or $20 for 5. One of the items is a John Deere Gator!
The Grand Prize for the raffle (John Deere Gator) has arrived
and we need your help to show it off! The Gator definitely draws
people’s attention and helps sell tickets, so we want to display it
at each Mass, the Flea Market, Piggly Wiggly, American Legion

OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE SHRINE PROGRAM
FRIDAY (July 30) – 10:30 AM TO 11:30 AM

For the first time in 60 years, Sister Joeann Daley and Kathleen
Stagney (artists & creators of the Our Lady of Guadalupe
mosaic) will travel to Endeavor to view their early work and share
with us the history behind the humble, yet captivating shrine to
Our Lady of Guadalupe (located behind the Guadalupe Center).
The program begins promptly with the arrival of Sister Joeann
and Kathleen at 10:30 AM. Father Grubba will talk about the
restoration of this respite for spiritual reflection and preservation
of Wisconsin history. Guests are encouraged to bring a foldup
chair. Attendance is free.
