NESHKORO INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION


FRIDAY (July 2)
The Neshkoro Fire Department will be hosting the Independence
Day Celebration on Friday, July 2. Food and beverage begin at KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS PANCAKE BREAKFAST
6:00 PM at the Fire Department. The Cherry Pie band begins at SUNDAY (July 4) - 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
7:00 PM. Fireworks begin at dusk.
Location: St. Joseph’s Catholic Church Hall
364 S Cambridge Street, Wautoma
The Knights of Columbus (Sacred Heart Council #6228) will
hold their Pancake Breakfast at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church
hall in Wautoma on Sunday, July 4, from 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM.
The breakfast will include all you can eat pancakes, sausage,
eggs, applesauce coffee, milk, and juice. The cost is as follows:
Adults $7.00
ST. JAMES “MINI FEST” Children ages 5-12 $4.00
SUNDAY (August 8) - 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Support your Knights and the work they do for our Parish and
our Community. Hope to see you there…bring your appetites!
St. James will host a picnic this year (called the “St. James
Mini Fest”) on Sunday, August 8.
Festivities will start on the grounds after the 9:30 AM Mass
and will conclude at 2:00 PM with the big raffle drawing.
There will NOT be a dinner this year, but we will have hot
ham sandwiches, hamburgers and brats and beverages. The
big tent will be set up and under that we will have kids’ games,
adult games, pull tabs and the silent auction. Additionally, we PASSAGES OF KINDNESS

SCHOLARSHIP FOR ST. JAMES PARISH CHILDREN
St. James Parish offers tuition scholarships for 5K-8 at
All Saints Catholic School in Berlin and 50% tuition coverage for
Lourdes Academy in Oshkosh for all active, contributing
members of St. James Parish. A signed agreement is required
and assistance is available for up to 7 students at this time
pending yearly policy review.
