Healthy Lifestyle

It is important to stay healthy because we will not get sick easily. There
are several ways to keep a healthy lifestyle, such as eating healthy,
exercising often and enjoying our life every day. Healthy food can help us
stay healthy. Fruits, vegetables, white meat, eggs, and fish are healthy
food which are low in sugar and fat. Healthy food have many nutrients
such as carbohydrates, fats and minerals. They help us to build a strong
body and are good for the heart.

Having a healthy lifestyle is not only about eating healthy food. Exercise
is also one of the important ways to keep healthy. Exercises can be brisk
walking, swimming or cleaning the house. You can spend about thirty
minutes every day exercising. Getting enough sleep is also important.
You will feel fresh and happy when you wake up the next day or after a
short nap in the afternoon.

We should not stay at home all the time. We need to have a few good
friends, too. When we feel unhappy, we can share our problems with
them. We can also join sports like football or badminton. When we play
games together, we will not feel alone.
