The Fox and The Oranges

     One day, a fox became very hungry as he went to search for

some food. He searched in many places, but could not find
something that he could eat.

seen. They had a rich, orange colour, telling the fox they were

A Trip To The Fun Fair

               My name’s Sheila. My classmates and I went on a trip to the fun

fair last Saturday. Our teachers, Mrs. See and Ms. Lina went there with
us. We boarded the bus at 8.00 a.m. and arrived at the fun fair half an

hour later. Before the bus driver drove off, he told us that he would

return to get us at 4.00 p.m.  After that, Mrs. See bought tickets for

everyone. Ms. Lina sorted us into two groups. The pupils in Mrs. See’s
group would go to the game’s stands, while those in Ms. Lina’s group

would go to the rides. We decided to meet near the ticket stand at

12.30 p.m. so we could have lunch together. I was in Ms. Lina’s group. I

could not wait to look around the fun fair and I tried out all the rides.

They were fun and exciting. Everyone was crying one minute and
laughing the next when we had a ride on the roller coaster. After that,

we went on the merry-go-round and Ferris Wheel. Soon it was 12.25 p.m.

so Ms. Lina quickly brought us to the ticket stand.

There was this little baby swan who believed that he was a
duck. He wanted to join a group of duckling but all the
ducks showed him away. They called him The Ugly Duckling.

place for long, because he cannot find a place he fits in. In
the end, the swans show him that he is not a duck; he is, in
fact, a beautiful swan. The lesson of story is, do not look
down on others because of how they look.
The Rabbit And The Tortoise

Long ago, a Tortoise and a Rabbit spoke about who was

faster. They decided to have a race to see who would
B become the winner. The rabbit ran very far leaving the
tortoise behind. He stopped to sleep for a while. When rabbit
woke up, he knew that he'd lost the race. The lesson of the
story is that the less strong foe should never be looked down
on.
Cinderella

Cinderella was a beautiful girl. She was also very kind. She
lived with her father and mother. When her mother died, her
father married again. Her new mother had two daughters.

One day, Cinderella was helped by an angel. The angel
changed her dress to become beautiful. When she danced
in the castle, the good-looking prince fell in love with her.
They then married and lived happily. The lesson of the story is
