In this day, we are going to attend the orientation at Mc Donalds Tabaco.

Our teacher Ms. Jaquelyn Bola send us to Md Donalds at exactly 9:00 A.M.
When we arrive where do the place is, Ms. Jona, the crew trainer of Mc Do,
orient us. She inform us about the things to remember like, the different kinds of
towel to be use, different color of the map in every area and handling
customers correctly if you are intendedly assign at the lobby. After the long-long
discussions, Ms. Jona gave us a 10 items examination, to test how far our
knowledge is. I got a perfect score, excellent, after that, the crew trainer tour us
at the whole Mc Donalds Tabaco establishment. She meet us to the Head
Manager, Manager, Crew Trainer, and then to the service crews. They welcome
us like a guest, they treat us special. The clock finally move exactly 11:48 A.M.,
my favourite Its Lunch Time!, our meal is chicken fillet then our drinks are
cokes. In this day, the schedule for tomorrow was given. I was assigned at the
grill station, 11:00 A.M to 5:00 P.M and it is how the day ends.

October 18, 2017

The day is Wednesday, I am about to begin my work Immersion at Mc

Donalds Tabaco this 11:00 A.M, I was assigned at the grill station, the station
where patties are lay and being cook. When I arrived at Mc Donalds Tabaco, I
greet first all of the persons Ive meet, and then find the log book to fill in. I step
on stairs to go on the second floor, for me to changed clothes. Our uniforn in
Immersing at Mc Donalds Tabaco, is white polo shirt with print at the back as
work immersion and one inch size letter (M) stands for Mc Donalds. Wearing hair
net is really important so I prepare my selve for this and once you are in
production, say for example at the grill station, you are not require to have an
earings or other accessories, for the food safety. Within this day, I am very
excited as my first day for work. I meet 4 service crews at the kitchen, which is all
boys Ryan, Jec, Kenneth then Philip. They guide me at all time. Jec gave me
some introduction and background when you are at the kitchen. He teach me
how to use the grill clam, shell machine, what are the purposes of every buttons
and the most important is the classification of the patties.

Its Monday, my second day at the same station. I meet another service
crew, her name is abby an assembler. She teach me about the things to do
when you are not busy at your assigned station. She said I can prepare gravies,
wrapped a rice and assemble a products. Ryan, the service crew if Mc Donalds
trained me also in assembling products, right way or handling prepared
products, where do it place or wrapped. When 4:30 P.M comes, its time to turn
over , meaning cleaning your station at the grill station you must set the grill
clam, shell machine as clean and then you can now do the free wash. After
that I will clean my hand tool which is the spatula and then place the used grill
cloth at the washing machine, the get a new one. Ill do the final map
everytime that its my out for work.

Its Tuesday, the Mc Donalds Tabaco si so rush. My time to in is about 11:00

A.M, but I prepare to in for work early 10 minutes, so it supposed to be my time
for work to in is 11:00 but it became 10:50 A.M. Students at different schools like
Tabaco High, Pea, CCS, Amando, BU, and the persons with white jobs,
including the ordinary people, choose to lunch at Mc Donalds Tabaco. The best
Fast Food Chain existing in Tabaco City. It just indicate, that the vision of Mc
Donalds Tabaco, which is Maging Una sa Pamilyang Pinoy really happen.
When you observe Mc Do during rush hour, you cant ever see a manager, crew
trainer, service crew and ojts, standing at the corner without doing anything to
get busy. More orders more products to be cook, more products to be
assemble. During rush hour, I must be active to the iniciator for the call. If the
iniciator say, I have to full run, I will lay 8 patties, states that there are more
burgers to be assemble at the same time 11:00 A.M to 1:00 P.M, it is the time
where I get so busy and truly tired not just a tired but a 100x times tired as you
think.

Im not feeling well today, but I choose to come for work, even though my
arm is abscess, cause of after being swettered, I didnt avoid to make wet of my
hands. From 11:00 to 5:00 P.M Im not Free from heat that comes up from the grill
clam shell. I mind it at the very beginning, after I finish my work immersion at Mc
Donalds Tabaco, theres now might be my new hobby, hobby to count on the
moles gotten from taking off the fried patties. The 10:1 and 4:1 patties are the
patties I dont want to lay because it is the greasiest. This Wednesday, as
expected I am very tired. Its already 6:00 P.M when I log out at the log book.
The guard of Mc Donalds check my bag and then open the door for me to go,
and because it is already 6:00 P.M I am about to walk going to plaza of Tabaco
to rode at the tricycle. I consume almost half hour in waiting for the jeepney at
the market thats why I planned to choose, to walk by distance going to the
plaza of Tabaco. I came into our house at 7:00 P.M.

October 26, 2017

I log in at Mc Donalds Tabaco 15 minutes before 11:00, thats why I have

to run on stairs and enter to the crew room. Its too late when I woke up, its
already 9:00 A.M, 1 hour preparing myself and 30 minutes waiting for the
vehicle. I have now caught and colds, that force me not to move, but I must
work, because if I derelict my station it will down. Burgers cant be available to
assemble, cause of lock on patties. This day, theres a party to be held at the
party area of Mc Donalds Tabaco, so I am preparing 30 patties of BM before
2:00 P.M, When its 2:30 P.M I get a permission to one of the service crew for me
to have a break. I am so hungry because I didnt take my breakfast, my
grandmother told me to bring extra rice and then I take my lunch faster. Thats
how my day ends.

I am too early for today, I arrive at Mc Donalds Tabaco 11:00 A.M and my
time to in for work is 12:00 P.M., so I planned to wait my classmate to LCC mall
Tabaco. When its 11:45, I grab Shainas arm and we walk together going to Mc
Do. We change clothes, wear the hair net then the name plate. We go down
on stairs at the first floor then took the way to the kitchen. Its boring, the rush
hour is over, so this day I grams a spaghetti and then fill in the gravy cups. Why is
it boring? Because only lots of customer go on Mc Donalds Tabaco. Theres no
Students, because its SemBreak. Suddenly this day it black outs, 8 patties are
waste because of error connections.

October 30, 2017

Its rainy day, 10:00 A.M while Im waiting a vehicle, Im not in good mood,
because my socks now are wet. One thing I hate so much is, when there
something existence of odor, thats why I bring extra socks then foot deodorant
or Fissan, as expected it is rush hour, time for lunch. We are so busy at the
kitchen, I meet another service crew, whose name is Mark a Grade 12 student
of Tabaco High. His nice and good looking, I meet also Chad then Vic, when
they see me that I need help, they help me as much as possible.

It is special meal and my time to in at work is 11:00 A.M. Its ultra, so I lay 4
patties. It is ultra because more citizens come to their different provinces for all
souls day.
