Compensation, Homeowners Insurance, Residential Property Damage, Research
Lab, Keyboarding and Intro to Computer; I also took an additional 2 credits of self
study on Interrupting Medical Reports and Insurance Basics. I completed two
weeks of internship with NoDak Mutual in Fargo, North Dakota, under the
supervision of Rich Laber.
Outcome: Diploma, graduated with 34.66 GPA credits and a 3.29 GPA

RELATED JOB EXPERIENCE

I worked in the insurance field for 3 years traveling throughout central, south-
central and south-eastern Minnesota. Through my work experience, I honed my
customer service skills. I also developed my time management skills. In the two
years previous to that, I was a manager in the food industry. As a manager I
increased my leadership and management skills and gained valuable experience
writing reports and taking inventory.

I was a general laborer. All Phase did a variety of jobs that included remodeling
motel rooms, making them handicap accessible, shingle roofs, to putting new
roofs on houses.
